The
organization’s ability to organize and support the TPM training process
is a critical factor in the success of the TPM initiative. Careful planning
must be achieved to ensure that instructors are prepared, schedules are optimized,
and facilities are conducive to learning. In most cases, internal trainers are
selected to deliver the TPM training to the employee population.
