This
eight-hour session is designed for managers, H.R. directors or staff who will
be coaching the participants of the Workplace Leadership Series. Training is
of no use unless it is applied to the job. Series coaches can help make that
happen. The Coach/Mentor workshop provides an overview of the entire series
and equips coaches with powerful tools for following-up with participants as
they return from training. Those in attendance receive a Coaching Kit complete
with module outlines, skill checks, and coaching tips for each module.
