Management Overview Workshop

This day and a half workshop introduces management teams to the concepts of Total Productive Maintenance. Focusing on the principles of TPM, leadership teams learn the foundational concepts of TPM and how the effectiveness of their support will help with the implementation of the process.

Then, leadership teams are taken to the shop floor to apply cleaning and inspection techniques to actual production machinery. This application of techniques allows managers and other plant management to see the value TPM techniques have on the production machinery.

This application of techniques often allows the management team to discover, for the first time, the conditions operators and mechanics deal with on a daily basis.
